Our Activities
Istanbul Fire Department
Maintenance and repair activities of superstructures, equipment, fire response vehicles and all other vehicles under the Fire Department Directorate are carried out by Istanbul Transportation Inc.
Ambulance Maintenance
Maintenance and repair of 19 ambulances has been carried out to ensure that ambulances within the fire department can provide uninterrupted service.
Boat Renewal Project
For 40 spine-type inflatable boats that became unusable in the Fire Department Organization, purchasing procedures were completed after new model trials, and new spine-type inflatable boats were added to the inventory.
Fleet Maintenance
Maintenance and repair services are provided to ensure quality and safe service in operations and after-sales services for IMM and its affiliates.
Stock Optimization
Warehouse stock studies were conducted to manage processes more effectively and quickly in maintenance and repair operations carried out at the fire station, and spare parts supply and availability levels were increased.
ERP System
The ERP system has been implemented in our Maintenance and Repair Operation, and all our operational processes have started to be managed from a single point.
Road Maintenance and Infrastructure Coordination
Maintenance and repair activities of vehicles under Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Road Maintenance and Infrastructure Coordination Directorate are carried out by Istanbul Transportation Inc.
Salt Spreading Vehicles Revision
All body, chassis and driver cabin revisions of 47 Unimog brand salt spreading vehicles used in winter combat were carried out and the vehicles were renewed.
Golf Vehicle Repair
Maintenance and repairs of electric golf vehicles belonging to IMM Road Maintenance and Infrastructure Coordination Department are being carried out.
Supplier Portfolio
A supplier portfolio providing quality service has been established to be used in maintenance and repair activities and spare parts supply.
Setting Standards
Supplier determination standards (Authorized service, TS12047, etc.) in maintenance and repair activities have been determined.
